6. No Refund / No Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
- If the product received is similar to what was shown in images or advertisements
- Minor differences in appearance, color, or design
- Change of mind after purchase
7. Exception – Damaged or Wrong Product
Refund or replacement will only be considered if:
- The product is received in a damaged condition, OR
- The wrong product is delivered
Conditions:
- Customer must provide an unboxing video as proof
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Without proper proof, no claims will be accepted.
8. Fraud Prevention
Haridhatu reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, or exchanges in cases where:
- There is suspicion of product tampering or misuse
- The returned product does not match the original shipped item
- Fake or used products are attempted to be returned
Such actions may result in permanent account blocking and legal action if necessary.
